1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-4 business days after payment confirmation. In case of a delay due to high demand or product issues, we will contact you to update you on the status of your order.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping options so you can choose the one that's most convenient for you:

  • Standard Shipping : Your order will be sent via Correos España or Seur, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days from order processing.
  • International Shipping : Depends on the destination (7 to 14 business days).

The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Zones

We ship both domestically and internationally. Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to an incorrect address.

At the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands, only to the mainland and the Balearic Islands.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package. If you haven't received this information within 24 hours, please contact our customer service.

5. Shipping Delays

Although we work with the best shipping companies, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs issues, or exceptional situations with the courier service. In the event of any delays, we will keep you informed.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the selected shipping option and delivery location. Additional taxes and fees (such as customs duties) are the customer's responsibility.

7. Change of Direction

If you need to change the shipping address, we recommend doing so within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to change the address.

8. International Shipments

For international orders, please note that additional customs or import charges may apply, which are the buyer's responsibility. Be sure to check your country's policies regarding customs and import fees.

9. Shipping discounts

The free shipping discount for purchases over €30 is applicable only to shipments within the Peninsula and Balearic Islands .

This benefit is not available in other countries or regions.

You can also take advantage of an additional discount by using coupons.

10. Problems with the Order

If you receive a damaged or incorrect package, please contact us through contacto@eldesvandemerlin.es within 48 hours of receiving it. Our customer service team will be happy to help you resolve any issues.
